To stabilise whipped cream, I add some mascarpone. It stays whipped for days. The trick is not to stir it once it’s whipped otherwise it becomes runny again. Just dollop it onto whatever you would like to serve it with without stirring first.

This is the best whip cream I’ve made, it’s so easy and I put it in my coffee and then just ended up eating it with a spoon lol. Ya I’m never buying store bought again, didn’t realize it was that easy!
